Ashurst welcomes Gaspard Bastien-Thiry as Counsel to its Corporate team

A member of the Paris Bar since 2014, Gaspard Bastien-Thiry, works in the fields of mergers & acquisitions and stock market law on behalf of corporate clients and investment funds. He joins Ashurst's Corporate team in Paris, alongside Nicolas Bombrun, as Counsel.

Gaspard began his career at Shearman & Sterling in 2014, which became A&O Shearman in 2023. In particular, he was seconded to ALD SA for several months during the group's IPO in 2017.

Gaspard holds a Master 2 in Business and Tax Law from Université Panthéon-Assas (2011) and an LL.M.s in Corporate and Securities Law from the London School of Economics (2014).
