Ashurst wins Excellence in Human Resource Innovation at Legal Innovation Awards

    The firm received the award in recognition of its global parental leave policy, 'FamilyCare@Ashurst', which recognises the diversity of family structures and the different routes to parenthood. Launched in 2021, the firm's market-leading package includes pregnancy loss provisions and introduces a globally consistent offering of 26 weeks fully paid leave, irrespective of gender identity.
