Camilla is a senior associate within the corporate transactions practice, specialising in acquisitions and joint venture arrangements as well as general corporate advice. Camilla has a particular focus on the infrastructure and energy sectors and acts primarily for infrastructure funds and corporates.
Camilla is based in the Ashurst London office and has also worked as a Foreign Legal Consultant in the Ashurst Paris office from 2021 to 2022.
