Colin is a senior associate in our Corporate Transactions team in London. Colin has particular experience advising corporate clients and investment banks on takeovers and other transactions involving publicly listed companies, together with related financing matters. Colin also advises on corporate governance, regulatory and compliance issues.
Colin has previously been seconded to investment banking teams at Rothschild & Co and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as well as the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), and Ashurst Hong Kong.
