Debbie specialises in commercial real estate litigation and advises a variety of clients including landlords, tenants, developers and funders. She regularly advises on matters involving landlord/tenant disputes (for example in relation to rent arrears, forfeiture, development works, derogation from grant, service charge disputes, breach of covenant, dilapidations, break notices and 1954 Act lease renewals) and real estate insolvency. In the development context, she has experience advising on reasonable endeavours obligations, and the resolution of JV disputes.
