James specialises in energy and infrastructure M&A, with a particular focus on the renewables sector. He also advises sponsors and investors on commercial contracts and regulatory matters in the renewables sector. He was previously seconded to Mitsubishi Corporation in Tokyo, working on renewables projects in Asia, Australia and Europe.
