Jason Radford is global head of our corporate practice
Jason is global head of the corporate practice and has been involved in many aspects of energy, transportation and infrastructure transactions including joint ventures, M&A deals, fund raisings, project finance, and PPP and PFI transactions. He has worked across numerous jurisdictions including the UK, US, Europe and Asia. Jason's market reputation is reflected in him being one of a very few number of lawyers to have been ranked in both the Chambers UK and Chambers US legal directories.
Jason has the unique experience of helping major industry participants develop and finance projects, as well as advising those participants (including financial sponsors) on the acquisition and disposal of equity stakes. This enables him to provide clients with a rounded perspective of the industry, through his understanding of the key drivers for buyers, sellers, developers and financiers.
Jason was previously also a member of the Ashurst Board.
