Martina Arntzen is partner in our corporate transaction practice in Munich
Marina particularly advises national and international clients on M&A and private equity transactions. She has a strong record of advising on all types of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions and joint ventures with a particular expertise in ESG related corporate law matters.
She works for clients from a wide range of sectors, with a deep industry knowledge on the infrastructure, technology, industrial and automotive sectors.
Marina studied law at the Heinrich-Heine-University in Düsseldorf, the European Law-School-Maastricht and the Universidad Jaén. She obtained a Master of Laws degree at the University of London. She was admitted to the German bar in 2013.
Prior to joining Ashurst in 2024, Marina was a Counsel in the Munich office of the international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright. She had been on secondment to AIG Europe Limited in Frankfurt and London.
