Marina Arntzen is partner in our corporate transaction practice in Munich
Marina has a strong track record of advising national and international clients on M&A and private equity transactions.
She has many years of experience advising on all types of national and cross-border corporate transactions and joint ventures with particular expertise on transactions in the energy, infrastructure and automotive sectors and ESG-related transactional work and corporate law issues.
Marina studied law at the Heinrich-Heine-University in Düsseldorf, the European Law-School-Maastricht and the Universidad Jaén. She obtained a Master of Laws degree at the University of London. She was admitted to the German bar in 2013.
Prior to joining Ashurst in 2024, Marina worked in the international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright. She had been on secondment to AIG Europe Limited in Frankfurt and London.
