<p><span></span><span style="display: inline !important;">Matthew is a Senior Associate in our industry leading Digital Economy Transactions practice, based in our London office.</span></p> <p><span> Matthew works in the TMT space, primarily advising clients on digital infrastructure and technology transactions. As part of these transactions Matthew advises clients on contract structures, data protection issues and public and private procurement. <br /> <br /> Matthew has experience working with some of the UK's largest corporations operating in the TMT sector.<br /> <br /> Matthew has acted for digital infrastructure providers and customers, including on the roll out of large subsea cable projects and terrestrial fibre projects. <br /> <br /> </span></p>
