Global law firm Ashurst has acted for Oldenburgische Landesbank Aktiengesellschaft and Crédit Agricole Italia S.p.A., as mandated lead arrangers and lenders on the ESG-linked financing provided to private equity firm Ambienta to support their acquisition of a majority stake in Gruppo Spaggiari Parma, a software house headquartered in Parma, Italy.
Founded in 1926, Gruppo Spaggiari Parma provides a range of software and digital solutions, traditional and multimedia contents, training and consultancy to 90% of schools in Italy.
Ambienta is a sustainability-focused European asset manager whose main mission is to invest solely in companies driven by environmental megatrends.
