    Ashurst advises Lendlease on sale of 20% of interest in 21 Moorfields

    Global law firm Ashurst has advised Lendlease on its sell-down of 20% of its interest in the Lendlease Moorfields Investment Partnership holding 21 Moorfields, Deutsche Bank's UK headquarters, to a Japanese real estate investment joint venture of Sotetsu Urban Creates and Yasuda Real Estate.

    Under the terms, Lendlease will retain a 5% interest in the investment partnership and continue as the investment and asset manager.
