Global law firm Ashurst has advised Tasheel Holding Group LLC ('Tasheel') on the sale, alongside IHC Industrial Holding LLC ('IHC'), of Theta Bidco Limited, the owner of Arena Events Group Limited ('Arena'), to Modon Arena UK Limited. Arena specialises in large-scale temporary infrastructure and integrated event solutions.
Tasheel has been a shareholder in Arena since early 2020 and acquired a further minority stake in Arena as part of a consortium alongside IHC in 2021 through a take private. Following satisfaction of regulatory and other conditions to completion, Tasheel's long-running interest in Arena will come to an end.
